Product Description

Description: This series is a premixed compound of silicone rubber with platinum curing series with goodbalanced properties, vulcanizing under heat after addition of a vulcanizing agent that could be chosen accordingto processing requirement.
Special properties:
Platinum curing adapted to process of molding, extrusion and calendaring. Excellent operation time (after adding platinum curing agent) Good balanced properties. Good appearance. Easy to process and demold, not sticky to rolls. Good stability up to 200ºC. Slight replastification after prolonged storage. Wild range of reloading or blending. Bright colors easily obtained
Main applications:
Molding article required Platinum cured,molded general miscellaneous articles,kitchenware,extrusions such ascables,seals, sheet, tube, etc,Silicone calendering cloth& sheet & plate etc.

Curing Condition:
After addition of 1.1% of 2,5-dimethyl-2-5-di(tert-butylperoxy) hexane (at 45%) and vulcanization for 5min at 175°C.
Packaging: 20 kg per cardboard boxes.
Storage and shelf life:
This series may be stored in its original unopened packaging at a temperature below 40°C for up to 12 months asfrom the date of manufacture.

Q: Where is the loading port and How do you ship the goods?
A: Our factory is nearby Shanghai Port, but loading port can be negotiated. We could ship by sea, by air or by express(EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX and etc). Please confirm with us before placing orders

A: All the products must be tested refers to key specifications during the production and final inspection before shipment. Q: What about the lead time?
