This series of products are platinum-catalyzed addition type two-component ordinary precipitation liquid silicone rubber suitable for the injection molding process.
LSR 83 Series Silicone Rubber Features

This series applies to platinum cured addition type two-component self lubrication heat and oil resistant liquid silicone rubber for injection molding process.

Usage:

This product is platinum cured two components of liquid rubber for injection molding process, consist of A and B packages, mix them well according to the ratio 1:1, suggest using static mixed feeding system which is better for degassing during mixing.

Suggest curing temperature(mold temperature) is the best between 90-120ºC, curing time can be adjusted according to the structure and process of final product.

Applications:

Spare and accessory parts of automobile, new energy automobile, spaceflight, water proof seal parts of rail traffic vehicle light, other easy-plug products.
